No, we operate as a dry hire service, meaning you are responsible for providing the alcohol for your event. This approach offers a cost-effective alternative to relying on venue-provided bartenders and alcohol, potentially saving you a significant amount of money.

We’re happy to assist you in calculating the appropriate quantities of alcohol needed for your event to ensure a seamless experience. Additionally, depending on the store's policy, you may be able to return any unopened bottles for a refund.

How is gratuity handled?

We strive to make your event seamless and enjoyable for everyone. Gratuity can be handled in one of two ways:

Tip Jar on the Bar: Guests may show their appreciation directly by leaving tips.

Pre-Arranged Gratuity: If a tip jar isn't suitable for your event, gratuity can be included in your package cost and arranged privately.

How many bartenders do I need for my event?

Choosing the right number of bartenders ensures smooth service and happy guests at your event. At Dapper & Co Mobile Bartending Services, we recommend the following:

For parties of 75 or fewer guests: One bartender is typically sufficient to handle drink orders efficiently.

For events with 75–150 guests: We recommend two bartenders to maintain quick service and minimize wait times.

For large events with over 150 guests: Three bartenders or more may be necessary, depending on the complexity of your drink menu and the size of the crowd.
